A nice place to call home

Ternbridge is a community of 197 single family homes located on Hillsboro Boulevard just west of state road 441 in the City of Parkland, Florida.

With gatehouse entrances from Hillsboro Boulevard and Parkside Drive we have easy access to both the east and west sides of Parkland.

Within minutes of the Sawgrass Expressway, Florida's Turnpike and Interstate 95 residents can travel in all directions and can return to a quiet community in beautiful Parkland.
